Seems like the owners and managers need to take a closer look at what could be happening at their restaurant and the kind of people they are hiring.As a restaurant, we’re proud to say we’ve made some changes for you, our customers. The more I think about it, the more I believe this likely is the case. They both got food, and then hung out in the parking lot socializing with each other (two black SUV cars), likely waiting for the employees to get off of work for them to bring out more food (probably the food we ordered).

They somehow made food for themselves (we could see it bagged up from the window and he confirmed it was for him), but not the customers? It also appeared that they provided food for their friends for free maybe? All cars bypassed the 1st window since it was closed and the 2 cars before us that were both waiting at each drive-thru spot (the one on the outside had sat there forever), and assumedly ordered only seconds before us. Refused food to us even though we arrived well before closing. Not sure who they hire here but they are below par and close things down before they should. Worst service we've ever experienced tonight. Keep up the good work, and ignore these preschoolers! The McDonald's app is in my opinion the best app, as it has the best deals and the rewards system is perfect! As some other fast food apps, their rewards make you spend a fair amount of money to just get a simple item.

So you just activate that and then a magical realization comes to you that you're not the only person on the planet. Sometimes the line is long, but once you pass kindergarten, there's a virtue called patience that they try to teach you. I always use the app to mobile order and whether I go through drive thru or curbside pick up, the staff is always very friendly. shameful!ĭisrespectful Karen's aside, I visit this restaurant about 2-3 times a month and have never experienced a problem with them. Ohh they got your order wrong, boo-hoo! How about you act like an adult and just politely ask, instead of trying to be featured on a public freak out video on YouTube! Grown adults yelling at kids over a burger and fries that doesn't even cost more than $10. Y'all acting like you should pay for a Prius and then expect a performance of a Lamborghini. You want a 5 star experience go to a 5 star restaurant, this is a fast food restaurant. I don't know who all these KAREN's are on here, but it's a freaking McDonald's! You get what you pay for.
